Course Description
This e-learning short course equips program leaders with skills, tools, and resources to address the myriad of student conflict issues abroad towards safe and inclusive programs. This includes how to address interpersonal intragroup relationships, relationship conflicts between students and/or between students and local residents, changing intragroup cohort dynamics, and student-student microaggressions, such as exoticization of local community members, invalidation of intra-ethnic differences, pathologizing cultural values/communication styles in host cultures, and so on.
